ONBOARDING PROCESS

Our all-inclusive package begins with a thorough onboarding process to ensure we fully understand your business needs and can provide the best possible service:

1. Initial Consultation:

We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your business and its specific Health & Safety (H&S) requirements. 

2. Meet & Greet Session

This session allows us to gain a more in-depth understanding of your business operations. We conduct a full needs gap analysis to identify any areas that require attention. 

3. Needs Assessment & Gap Analysis Report

Based on the meet & greet session, we generate a comprehensive report outlining the actions and timelines needed to achieve full compliance. 

This is a one-off onboarding fee of £500.

ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE SERVICES

Once the needs assessment and report are submitted, our all-inclusive package starts at £500 per month. The final price will depend on the size and specific requirements of your business. The basic package includes: 

Compliance

We address all the identified gaps and complete the necessary paperwork, including your training needs and CPD, PPE requirements, internal H&S policies, and premises and site inspection requirements. 

Monthly Site/Premise Inspection

We conduct one site/premise inspection per month, providing comprehensive Safety Culture iAuditor reports. 

Management Information

We will deliver you high-level quarterly performance reporting to keep you informed of your H&S status. 

24/7 Emergency Access

You have access to our H&S advisors 24/7 for any emergencies. 

Competent Person Service

Use Hendersons as your business's competent person for H&S matters. 

Accident Investigation

We provide thorough accident investigation services to prevent future occurrences.
